Hello Internet Friends!

My, my, it’s been a long time since I’ve actually hopped on here to post something! *Terrible,* I know! Life just doesn’t seem to slow down these days. Since our family has grown significantly in the last several years, I’ve been making shooting and delivering sessions to clients a top priority and blogging was on the back burner for awhile. If you follow me on Instagram at all, you’ll know that it IS indeed busy around my house ;)

Confusing, I know. I may change the name of my personal here soon to make it less so. ;)

I hope you like the new look of the newly revealed website and branding!! For a long time now I’ve wanted to do this, and, in the middle of the busiest time of year, I decided to start working on it. The problem is, you start a project and think it’ll take a few days, and that turns into a month of work when mixed into all of the other sessions and responsibilities I am working on ;)

But! It’s done and I am thankful.

I’ve been doing a lot of AWESOME family shoots in this gorgeous fall weather and color…. Thank you, Kansas!!

Besides the family shoots, I’ve shot a few seniors, and weddings as well…. It’s such a pretty time of year for any kind of shoot!

Some of you may be wondering where a lot of my older blog posts went… they’ve all disappeared!

I’ll say this:

With the recent update of my brand, website, and overall “look and feel”, I decided to start my blog fresh and clean as well. Not to mention, my style of shooting has changed (and improved, I hope!) Some of the blog posts dated back to….almost the beginning of my career, and well….I’ve changed a bit since then. ;) ;)

Another point I’d like to make. I am the worst at writing blogs.

Like, the worst.

So please forgive me if I sound like a robot on the other end of this virtual line… words are not my strong point, photos are!! ;)

Next post will have a lot more of those, promise!
